In the course of the last four years, The "Policy and Strategy Institute" of Hertzelia Center played a significant role in shining the Israeli entity's national policy, and in formulating mechanisms for decision-making, through comprehension and analysis of various data on different political, military and security levels.

This book is the fourth in a serialized documentation of the "Hertzelia Conference", held 16^th-18^th December 2003. "Baheth Center for Studies" is unique in translating the content and discussions thereof. The book consists of the following chapter:

James A. Baker Institute – 134 pages.

A comprehensive report prepared by a consultant group, headed by the American Ambassador Edward Dgergian. The book talks about the American Empire's attempts to dominate the area, through diplomacy, and through wars which the Zionist entity had waged on its behalf.

Faced by the Resistance experience, these attempts failed in Lebanon and in Iran. America's efforts persisted, but under false and tempting catch words, that concentrate on the need to change minds and thoughts. The features of these catch words have started to clear up after invasion and occupation of Iraq.

The book talks about Israel's attempts to legalize its "Violent courses" under pretence that its enemies design to destroy it.
