I remember, as do many other researchers and writers who
attended that meeting with an Arab official , in a cultural
hall, after the siege of Beirut(1982) and the invasion of
Lebanon…. That the Arab official, who was a prominent one in the
leadership of his country, said:" … I'm speaking among
researchers and writers, and my responsibility urges me to be
frank, because frankness leads each one of us to appreciate the
serious situations we are in...And the way to face future…"
The official went on explaining, arguing, and mentioning dates
and meetings…until he had reached a thunderous conclusion: "...
The Zionist project has won, and the nationalistic Arab project
has failed…"
Silence prevailed inside the hall, and the audience held their
pens, and ceased from writing down their observations. For some
of them it seemed that this idea was the core issue they were
invited to hear about from that Arab Official.
True that he went on, after that, elaborating on his main idea:"
the importance of self independence", but what he did almost
urged the audience to leave the hall, even without asking
permission.
Years, or may be a quarter of a century , after that speech had
been made, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon achieved - with
blood and sweat.. With struggle, patience, perseverance and
garrisoning- the first victory over the machine of the Zionist
army, in spite of its numerical and qualitative superiority, and
all the prestige it had, before and after… and that was in may
2000.
This is only one side of the picture…
The other side of it, which is: dealing with the issue at hand
(" the Zionist project between expansion and retraction"),
requires much carefulness…
There is a great difference between facts and wishes...Between
real event and day dreams. And the path of carefulness and
information retrieval is undoubtedly the safest path that leads
to realism and insight… otherwise; the result will be on more
than going too far in pessimism... Or deeming daydreams an easy
thing to have…
Historian Tomakolsky says:"… there are many predictions that
proved to be right... Israeli did not become an ordinary
state... it did not become a light for nations… It had been
established – ironically- to free Jews from anti-Semitism,
isolate them into a ghetto, and then provide them with shelter,
but Israel came to be a militarily protected state, and a nation
(a "territorial ghetto") located amid hostile neighbors… (It
seems that) ominous predictions continuously recur, chasing the
Zionists … (1)
For Zionists, life cycle turned adversely, and any unbiased
observer can realize that the Zionist appeal had strived to move
from the "Ghetto" to the "state", but brought nothing except a
"Ghetto- to- be state", where the security obsession is the
supreme one, and the engine of the political life, as well as
the creator of generals and politicians alike, and the cause for
their defeats.
"Security" is the "determinant", with respect to the kind of
armament, the length and the height of the racist wall, as well
as to settlement planning. It's also the agent that decides the
results of factional and municipal elections. For some time,
security, or "Ghetto effect", has been in the incentive which
urges contemporary historians, especially, to discuss a title
relevant to the whole Zionist project... That is the latter's
"avail" for the state, as well as for the horizons of future…
I remember that I participated, years ago, in a conference held
in Beirut, conducted by "Baheth Center for Studies"… In that
conference, I cited a few extracts from the viewpoints of some
"contemporary historians" who had set about to discuss the
usefulness of the Zionist existence and the avail of going on
with this "unicolor state"... and how the discussion was turned,
during the conference, to a contest over the importance of these
theses, especially at a time when the "age of compromises" had
reached its peak.
In recent years, the Zionist society tried to face itself … and
examine the abutments of its evolution... The meaning of the
"functional entity" as a proxy vis-à-vis the original patron...
The meaning of the existence of the patron, by military force,
massed troops, sophisticated military machine, and giant
carriers and systems, on territorial land and near power
sources... and the role of the proxy... in the light of these
developments...
.. the cost of the functional entity that lives on a crises, and
had transformed from a "Holocaust Entity" , to an entity that
elicits mercy, then to an entity that is based on fire power,
clout, cruelty and racism..
The "fact" is the basic element in studying the Zionist project,
whether expanding or retracting… and the factual information,
which can be directly derived from the works of researchers,
academics, scholars, historians, reporters, and military men who
participated in establishing the "Zionist Entity", is the most
objective or "unbiased"… and it’s the most trustable
information, because it rings the alarm bell…
It can be said that the Herzliya conference has been drawing
attention, since a while, to the seriousness of its researchers
and deliberations, which has attracted many local and
territorial parties...especially in the United States… likewise,
it can be said that the Herzliya conference, since its fourth
gathering, began seriously reconnoitering the future of the
Zionist project. At the beginning, researches where no more than
shy low voices, heard at the fifth conference , but they were
very few and epitomized…even though, the aforementioned
researchers were at the fore front of the works of the sixth
Herzliya conference …(2) which was held under
the title :" the balance of the national security and strength
in Israel", early in 2006 ( Jan-21-24/2006)… the surprise came
much sooner than the objective observers had expected, with an
impact much greater than the obsessions of most security
officials.. less than seven months after the conference, the
July 2006 war erupted… consequently, masks were torn ,
expectations came true, and the whole project was a subject for
examination, which forced one of the founding pioneers of the
Zionist entity, Shimon Perez, to say, under oath, in front of
Winograd committee. That:" the solution …. Is to reach a
compromise as soon as possible... otherwise, we'll be gambling
away the future of the people of Israel..." (3)
Salem jubran- Nazareth says:" there is crystallizing trend that
the questions loudly and clearly the ethics of the Zionist
project, and even its democracy. Because, how can democracy go
with rooting a people out of their land?"(4)
Abraham Borg... a former Knesset spokesman, published a book
under the title:"... in order to triumph over Hitler", in which
he questions painfully and amazingly the Zionist existence on
the Palestinian land, advising each and every settler to …"
acquire a foreign transport…"
Ialn Pape, a "new Israeli Historian" and a professor in Haifa
University, published recently a book in English, about, "Racial
Cleansing in Palestine". He issued his book in English because
he new what reaction the book will provoke in case it was
published in Hebrew.
The Book exposes, completely, with names, dates, and figures,
the operations of racial cleansing that had been carried out by
the "founding leaders" of the Zionist entity…
In short….
"…It was noticed, in the last decade, an increase in the number
of Israeli university professors of political science,
sociology, geography, history, and philosophy, who raise painful
questions for political Zionism…(5)
For an objective discussion of the Zionist project, and the
future horizons, between expansion and retraction, we depend on
Zionist as well as foreign sources, in order to come close to
the right information, because doing so would help us in
approaching a situation where we can shape our view in terms of
reluctant and confrontation…

Dr.Yaccov M. Rapkin, upon demonstrating his summarized notion
of the history of Zionism, wrote that [ Zionism is] one of the
most prominent "collective transformation" movements known in
the twentieth century and it consequently represents a
nationalistic movement that seeks to accomplish four objectives:
-
Transforming the transnational
Jewish identity, after the pattern of other European nations…
-
Spreading a new local national
language, not founded on the rabbinical or Torah Hebrew...
-
Transferring the Jews from the
Diaspora to Palestine…
-
Establishing a political and
economic control on Palestine.
Dr. Rapkin goes on approaching the subject of the Zionist
project:"….Zionism was invented by intellectuals… or (quasi-
intellectuals)… it was invented by the (party of intellect), who
turned his back to the rabbis, anticipating modernity, and
searching vigorously and rushingly for a remedy to the misery of
his life…"(6).
No doubt that describing the Zionist project as "one of the most
prominent collective transformation movements" is a description
of a fact that is really embodied on the ground. But elaborating
on this subject and saying that "Zionism represents a national
movement" is a digression that contains some inaccuracy; because
nationalism – according to all schools of sociology- encompasses
an approbated language and a certain ethnical identity... While
there is no real thing called "Jewish ethnicity" … furthermore,
"Semitism" is a comprehensive, even if Zionist movement tried to
encapsulate it inside a Jewish "ghetto"…
True that the author attempts to react to this "skepticism", by
saying that " Zionism is not a religion, but rather a political
movement that had been produced by the European nationalism of
the nineteenth century … since its real and actual cradle lies
in eastern Europe… but he goes on portraying it as a "national
movement"…
Zionism is a political movement that had been dressed a popular
costume at the time… within the national revivalist movement,
and that required "gestures" as well as "incentives", and the
two has been depended upon in order to transfer the "political
movement" to a project with "roots" and "authenticity".
Vladimir Jabotinsky , the Russian writer and a Zionist leader,
and the inspirer of all arrogant Zionists, from Begin, to Sharon
and Netanyahu, said – according to his disciples- that he had
received a letter from a young Jew, during the period of the
Zionist project's first birth, in which the young man had
written:"… our life is boring… and our hearts are empty… because
there is no God among us…so , give us , sir, a God that is worth
worshiping and sacrificing, and you will see what we can do.." .
This gesture plays an inner role, in the context of a mobilizing
plan within the "Jewish" societies, interrelated only by
religion, while differing in terms of other "national"
standards... And the Zionist project needed a sounding event
that could pave the way for another event, and then make way for
a series of violent and barbaric events able to spread and
capable of bearing the kind of additions that makes them "more"
savage…
Every one remembers the holocaust ( La shoah)... and, in this
respect, Dr. Yakov maintains that "... it was a fabricated
program, the victims of which were millions of Jews who died
during the world war two… and it is the essential event in the
Zionist rhetoric…"(7).
It is the engine... the basic incentive behind most of the
Jewish immigrations that lead to settlement in Palestine…
Also, everyone ignores the reason for Germany's enmity to Jews,
before and after Hitler, as well as what fabricated the
holocaust as a result.
Dr. NAACO cites the rabbinical authorities saying that "… the
sin which gave forth the holocaust is Zionism… because it was
the Zionist who provoked the nations with their arrogance, and
it was them who disturbed the tranquility of Jews in the
Diaspora, and who called for boycotting Germany economically,
infuriating Hitler… Besides, it was the Zionists who dared
announcing that they represent the world Jewry all over the
globe…
Pious Jews described them as ignorant, because they organized
the boycott against Germany in 1933, which caused damage to the
German economy, and the result was the disaster that befell the
Jews all over Europe: the Holocaust..."
This fabrication of the program... According to the rabbinical
authorities... and declaration of the economic boycott against
Germany for reasons the Zionism sought to conceal… can be
verified by checking other fabricated events… and perhaps the
most evident example here was the scandal of Lavon, the Zionist
minister who used the Jews of Egypt in a series of explosions
that affected American interests, in an attempt to hit more than
one target at a time: to sabotage the American- Egyptian
relations, and force the Egyptian Jews to migrate to Palestine…
But the "succession of barbaric events" was a necessary
precondition, because the completion of the Zionist project
would not have been possible without such events…
Ilan Pape says:
"… on December 10, 1947, Ben- Gurion was leading an assembly of
the consultative body, a body that supervised the "racial
cleansing" process… in that meeting , he listened to reports
indicating that the Palestinian civilized elite was leaving
their homes to writer residence in Syria, Lebanon and Egypt… it
was a typical reaction on the side of the civilized elite at
times of crises… leaving to another place until the situation is
settled… but when they left their homes, they intended to return
later… if it were not for the Israelis, who kept them from going
back…
Keeping people from returning back to their homes, after a short
stay abroad are absolute expulsion… like any other action
against local residents, with the aim of displacing them…"
Pape continues: "… Ezea Danin was disappointed … because he
demanded adopting a much more violent policy…"
"… what do you mean by violent actions?" asked Ben- Gurion…
… Destroying means of transportation (buses, trucks that carry
crops and agricultural products, private cars and vehicles),
sinking down the boats (the they used for fishing in Java),
closing down their shops, and preventing them from transporting
crude materials to their factories…
It seems that the suggestion appealed to Ben- Gurion… so, he
wrote to Sharet, three days later, explaining the general idea:
"… the Palestinian society will be left to our mercies … and the
Jews will be able to deal with them the way they wish… including
starving them to death…"(8)
The fabrication of a program must be met by perpetuating
massacres…
The first stage of fabrication process aimed at eliciting
sympathy and mobilizing the immigrants, of whom some were
afraid, while others were in need of a "God" who van lead the
Zionist project, not withstanding the size of sacrifices…
The second stage aimed at displacing the local residents- the
people who lived on that land, according to the "paradigm of
ethnic cleansing"…
The most recent, among those who had followed the aforementioned
paradigm wasn’t Abraham Stern, the leader of the Stern terrorist
gang, but David Ben- Gurion, the first supervisor of the
entity's Zionist project, and his disciples. Moshe Dayan, Ezra
Wiseman, Yitzhak Rabin, Rafael Etan, and Ariel Sharon, and a
long list of racial sadist names that included politicians ,
generals, topographers, photographers, journalists, reporters,
experts in water resources as well as informants, who were all
engaged in the process of fabricating massacres, tasking
pictures of them, and then sending these pictures to the press,
in order to circulate them, after the Palestinian society had
been "left to our mercies", according to Ben- Gurion…
"Brutal", "more brutal", and "much more violent" events
guaranteed the success of the Zionist project, which represented
an invention by the Zionist propagandists who had laid the
foundation and conditioned it to meet the growing colonial
projects and the expansion of World War II triumphant, who
embarked on seizing land booties…
The most dangerous threat for the Zionist project, which –in
spite of offensive " charge" that attempts to tame Arab
formalities, as a whole, in order to reach a collective
agreement that can guarantee this project for years to come-
still suffers from unacceptability, is the threat of the Zionist
society itself, which had been exposed to itself, after it had
uncovered its reality through practices and allegations, and
through the results on the ground…
Shortly before the July 2006 war, "BIG" group conducted a study
in the United States, the foremost patron of the Zionist
project, in order to achieve several objectives, the most
important of which is "to understand how the Americans view
Israel…"
The abovementioned study concluded that: ((… the picture
imprinted in the minds of those engaged about Israel, is the one
of a weird military/ militant country, in which men control of
the society, and people are different and more extreme that the
Americans, in a much harsher atmosphere… the picture of Israel
in the American imagination is marked by two characteristics:
"conflict" and "religion", while the American perception of
Israel is void of any human element…)).
…and the purpose is that "… we wanted to garnish the profile of
Israel…"(9).

by going back to the origin of the existence of "present
entities" that formed states ( states still disputing on borders
and creating committees to demarcate frontiers), one can find
entities established to tear down a nation, or prevent the birth
of territorial or pivotal states, as happened to Syria in the
aftermath of Sykes- Pico treaty. One can also find entities that
play functional role, and the most obvious example in this
regard is the "colonial entity- Israel…"
From the beginning, the two parties know the nature of the
function in question, and agree upon it: each of the creator and
the creature perceives the intention that the other harbors…
The entity's "creator" understands that the period of existence,
for the creature, is open, as long as the objective still exists
and the active creature performs its jobs well… as for the
latter, it conceals a will to benefit- as much as possible- from
the creator's need of it's being…and it always has to remind the
creator of this need, even overtly… in this regard, many
intelligence/ security events had been uncovered, the most
famous of it was the "Lavan scandal", in Egypt , in 1954, and
the case of Zionist spies in the United States of America ( i.e.
Jonathan Pollard)…
However, the "creature entity" understands that things do not
always bide well, or go on safety, because "the span of time"
many end suddenly, as was the case with the "entity" of East
Germany, where the "creator" was no more able of affording the
costs of continuation… the creator itself ceased to exist… and
so did what was called the entity of East Germany… and it
happened so suddenly, to the degree that this "entity" created
an absorption problem for "West Germany"…the unified Germany
…even though, "West" Germany was able to overcome the problem,
for many reasons, perhaps the most prominent among them was the
"belonging" to a "one German nation"… while Yugoslavia could not
hold together, and disintegrated into ethnic entities that still
suffer from inability to find the components of existence in the
case, or cases of separation, to be definite…
"The Zionist entity" had been established to be the place where
the Zionist movement's "through" could meet the desire of the
west, in terms of protecting its vital interests… and to be a
military base that forms a society able to "benefit" from the
overly magnified impetus of the "guilt complex", which
originated towards the Jews due to the exaggerated of the
holocaust… (10).
In many aspects, "spearhead" [policy] is more profitable and
veiling, and less costly than the scandals of sending western
troops to our region, to protect western interests which evolved
and developed, beginning with the safeguarding of the land and
sea routes' network, and ending with the preservation of oil
sources, facing the tide, and guaranteeing the continuous flow
of power…and, at the same time, striking off the aspirations of
the nation in terms of liberation and unification…
Pioneers, in the Arab and Islamic nation, and among the
Palestinian people as well, identified the function of this
entity, and realized that the Palestinian cause is the central
one for the nation… for the mission assigned to this entity is
to stand in the face of the nation… the whole nation… and
Palestinian was chosen for its strategic and vital locations on
the map of the Arab world… with regard to the "myth", it could
have been forged conveniently in terms of the chosen place…had
it not been for the convergence of interests, it might have been
possible to solve the problem of the Jews in another place ( ex.
Kenya)…
The pioneers of the nation early knew that the Zionist entity's
function was directed against its aspirations, unity, liberation
and wealth… hence, the Arab political thought kept dealing with
the Palestinian causes as central to the nation, until
institualizing of the compromising thought, when it came to
reflect submission to pressures, or conformity with pragmatism
or real politics , or with the saying that politics are the "
art of possible"… so, the term that rolled down from the climax,
the "central cause", described politically and conceptually as
the Arab- Zionist conflict, to the Arab- Israeli dispute.. and
its widely known that a dispute warrants looking into the claims
of each side ( in relation to this dispute), while conflict
harbors the meaning of expulsion, replacement and settlement…
then the term was replaced by another: " the peace process"…
and, according to this term, Camp David Agreements were signed…
needless to elaborate further on this subject, we come to the
Oslo accord , where the Palestinian land occupied in 1967 was
not considered as an occupied land, but a "disputed land"… and
the rest of the rolling down process is well known, whereas it
came to subdividing the divisions and fractionalizing the
fractions and the percentages of the area under discussion, not
for withdrawal, but for redeployment, and then land swap…
We do not think there is even one Arab who doubts that America
and the West are pressing hard- with settlements and
instructions- to accomplish agreements with the Zionist enemy,
and that these agreements are not to the good of the Arabs and
Palestinians….
It became clear enough … that all these pressures for
settlement- submission, to be exact- are exerted with the aim of
securing " the functional entity"- the Zionist colonial
occupation, after it had been evident that the Zionist project
was becoming costly rather than profitable… and that this
project is one of the most important reasons to answer George
Bush question:" why do they hat us?".. [Why do they hate America
and the west?]…
On the other hand, the positioning of American military bases in
the Arab region (with more troops than of those on the American
land), and the presence of the headquarters of each of the fifth
fleet in Bahrain, the central command in Qatar and the quick
Intervention/ preemptive strike in Kuwait, made the function of
the Zionist entity able to be " reconsidered".. Not to use
another overemphasizing expression…
The functional existence of the "settler" entity, as a product
of the Zionist project, is in a stage of reconsideration, no
matter how strong this entity is…this strength has become one of
the motives behind the reconsideration process, in addition to
what we have mentioned above… since, after discovering the fact
that it was being used by the Americans, this strength has
become a burden for America, itself, that faces now an internal
financial crisis in terms of financing the operations of its own
troop in Iraq and Afghanistan…
How, then, would it look in terms of affording the entity's
forces all through the year, knowing that the latter's function
has been called in question, and the entity is behind all that
hatred to the west, because of all the events that put it face
to face with terrorism…
Top
I entered Google on the net, and searched for any essay or study
addressing the retraction of the Zionist entity … the site
showed 635 articles and researches, in addition to hidden
studies and essays, in the forefront of which was a study
published by Harvard University…
What does this abundance of studies mean?
We believe that the answer to this question lies in two reasons:
-
the creator of this functional
entity is no more under the impression of the entity's security
is still guaranteed, as had previously been the case, and that
this entity is facing an ever increasing threat…the previous
need of this entity has decreased to various degrees, and the
final disposal of the entity us not due, yet. Rather, this falls
in the category of the onerous defeat, which can never be
allowed to happen…
hence the creator rushed to guarantee the security of the
functional entity by proposing settlements…or by activating the
peace process, until this became the compass that indicates how
weak or strong this entity is, or assesses the threat or
stability of the creator's interests in the region…
-
the second reason ( we made it
second to clear out research of the charge of being too
exaggerated) is that the resistance grew stronger, became more
competent, and achieved victories never counted in the strategic
calculations of the entity's "creator", nor of the entity
itself…above all, was the generalization , deepening, and
rooting of the culture of resistance…in Palestine, Lebanon , and
Iraq… and this culture is prone to expand and to become
something else, if the horizon still seemed block in its
nations… moreover, this culture will be capable of causing
turbulence with uncontrolled effects, if the states ( where it
exists) went on dealing with the American Middle East policy
from an inferior position, and not from the position of the one
owns the land and has the will…
It was the resistance who triumphed in south Lebanon, in May
2006, over the legendary army lead by Ehud Barak, then the prime
minister, who has been brought back again, now, as a savior
after the July 2006 defeat…
It was the resistance who caused the forced evacuation of Gaza
strip. To the 1967 borders without any negotiations or bargains,
in the age of the Zionist army's bulldozers… and in the age of
Ariel Sharon, one of the generals and "Kings of Israel", in
2005.
This evacuation initiated the "breaking down" of the Zionist
project…
We all remember the term "Eretz Israel", and recall the
statements that Sharon made at the time of construction of the
first settlement in Gaza…
For Sharon, the settlement was as much important as symbolic as
was a Tel-Aviv for every Jew… We also remember that Sharon is
the one who could not bear the daily pressure exerted by the
resistance in Gaza around the clock… and who chose to run away,
pleading with some Arab states to show consent and with the
United States to exert tremendous pressure, in order to
guarantee a quiet evacuation, without pursuit ( out of his fear
of a recurrence of what happened to Antoine Lahd's army in
2000), of the settlements and occupied areas… to recoil again
inside the 1967 borders, disappearing behind a wall ( eleven
meters high in some places), and twisting as a snake on the
Palestinian land, to announce two important events: … the first
was that racist Zionism and the south African apartheid have
been brought back to life, and the second was the existence of a
security threat that could not be pushed away by conventional
means only…
At the sixth Herzliya conference, early in 2006, Major general
(res.) Geora Eiland, the head of the national Security Council
(11), interposed a speech under the title "where are
we today? What is the current situation of Israel?"... In which
he said:
((… we have come to this situation because of our mistakes… the
other factor is that the world wishes to end this conflict… and
to end it fast… the second reason is that the conflict costs the
world huge amounts of money… and the world is getting sick of
that… the conflict serves the interests of troublesome entities
in different countries… and when Tony Blaire says that the
terrorists who attacked London advanced as an excuse the
Arab-Israeli conflict, it means a problem fir Israel…))
That was early in 2006… but Tony Blaire stood in Ankara, on
December 16, 2006 to say:"…if you ask any official in the world
about the most important thing to bring about peace and
understanding, in general, he would say: (.. it is reactivating
the peace process between the Israelis and the Palestinians )"(12).
Certainly, Tony Blaire did not say that in order to please the
Arabs… but " out of fear of the threat (that this conflict
poses) to the capitals of the world"…believing, just like his
ally George Bush, that it was no more possible to face the
increasing security threat to the functional settler entity,
unless with a settlement that can besiege the resistance in all
its Arab localities, especially Palestine, and protect the
moderate allies from any harm…
Shimon Peres, "The ninth president", said in front of the
Winograd committee:"…Imagine that, after five to ten years from
now, the Palestinian terrorist movement will have acquired
rockets similar to that of Hezbollah… what would happen to us
then? …"… Peres concluded something similar to Blair's
confession:"… the solution is to protect ourselves, to protect
our generations by heading straight towards a compromise with
the Palestinians; otherwise we would be jeopardizing the future
of the Jewish people…"
Interestingly , the Sharon government had set up –before Sharon
went into a coma- a specialized committee that consisted of a
military academic and strategic elite, to reconsider the
military doctrine; something that a state usually embarks on at
crossroads, or under formidable circumstances, or perhaps ,
every two or three decades… the committee concluded its work
with a report to the prime Minister's office, purporting, in
short, to confirm that the important thing was not having the
troops deployed along the border lines…because the next war will
be fought with missiles launched at areas in the depth of the
most important thing was to identify and attack what takes place
deep beyond the border line.
That was early in 2006… then came the July 2006 war, which
presented Hezbollah forces as a contemporary resistance that
meets the requirements of the modern war, and even merits a
qualification as a "post- modernity resistance", according to
military doctrine terminology… the resistance triumphed over the
enemy, who had established the theory of "carrying the battle to
the enemy's territory"… it beat the enemy in "swift knockout"
theory, and in the prolonged war theory, and also in its
intelligence field, and in terms of ballistic, naval and ground
forces preparedness.
All that will persist vividly in the mentality of the remaining
propagandists committed to the Zionist project, which was
defeated as a result of the forced evacuation of Gaza, and in
the most protracted confrontation with the Lebanese resistance
lead by Hezbollah.
Remarkably, the seventh Herzliya conference incorporated among
its axes of research, an axis to discuss features of the
"rejection of Israel's right to exist", consequently, Haaretz
daily published an article in which one could read:
((… The avail of Israel's existence , as a state, is no more an
exclusive discourse between extremists or enemies, now,
discussing this existence has widely become a controversial
matter inside University campus in Europe and America…))(13).
During the seventh conference, as described by the speakers, in
most of their introductory speeches, many academics and
politicians from Canada, the United States and the Zionist
entity alternately attempted to approach this "painful" subject…
Professor Baniaz litzberger, of Haifa university law school ,
said:" I shall begin, specifically, with a talk about the slopes
of the slides… because at the top there are viewpoints, similar
to the criticism directed at Israel, part of which is right and
interesting, and these viewpoints reflect the public discourse
going on inside Israel, but, down the slope, there are two
elements, and from my discussions with colleagues in Europe, I
knew that these two elements are ever growing, they are:" Anti-
Israelism", and "Anti-Semitism". In some cases, the discussion
of anti-Israelism remains separate from Anti-Semitism… in other
cases, the discussion is the same without differentiation, and
Anti- Israelism overlaps with Anti-Semitism.
The Denial of Israel's right to exist in certainly
"Anti-Israel"… discussing this right, since the establishment of
the state, or as for the horizons of the future, carries the
same meaning, which is :" the denial of Israel's right to exist"(14).
"Splinters" of the Zionist project fly in all directions, as a
result of its breakdown and retraction. Several months after
this interposition, and in an important statement, British
academics made public the academic boycott against the entity's
universities and professors, not because of this interposition,
but because British academics had discovered that the colonial
entity is "racist", exactly as did Jimmy Carter, the former
American President who signed Camp David Accords with Menachem
Begen and Anwar Sadat in 1979, when he discovers –late- that the
entity is racist entity… (See his book: "Palestine Peace and not
Racism")…
Haaretz report tried to proceed with publishing the Jewish
historians' views and the opinions of European authors,
intellectuals and academics... And indeed, some of these
opinions have been published, including an essay of the well
known historian Tony Jaddet, who threw half of the letters of
Israel's name the sea…
The above mentioned historian suggested the establishment of a
"bi-national state", after "invalidating Israel", the state with
single nationalism, when he said: "… Israel came to the world
very late… the idea of the Jewish state, itself (the idea of a
state in which Jews and Jewish religion enjoy distinguished and
exclusive rights), came from another place and another age…"
Of course… the Jewish historian put forward his findings after a
review of the history and foundations of the "national
state"…But he stopped just one line before the line with which
he should have ended his story… "Racist" is the only description
that suits the grass root bases calling for a "state where Jews
and the Jewish religion enjoy special and exclusive privileges"…
This is the Racist state…
We understand why Tony Jaddet stopped only one line before
presenting a rational conclusion … Accusations are set, ranging
from the charge of being "anti-state" to the charge of being
"anti- Semitism"… even if the author were Jewish…(15).
The retraction of the Zionist project … the break in its joint
of "Greater Israel"… and the shrinking behind the racist
wall…are subjects of internal discussion in the Jewish medium…
on the top of the mountain… on the slope…and among Europe
politicians… but also among European, American and world
academics…
In our research, we chose to rely mostly on the viewpoints of
scholars or former officers and politicians in the Zionist
entity, in addition to the opinions of some prominent
international politicians, without depending- not even in a
single place- on any Arab study or research, in order to sty
closer to objectivity…
Finally, it is important to point out that the retraction of the
Zionist project came as a result of resistance of the Zionist
project came as a result of resistance… the culture of
resistance…the confrontational stance of the resistance…the
fighting with resistance… the generalization of the resistance…
and the continuity of the spirit of steadfastness among the
people of the resistance…
Without this… the creator of the entity will tend to show its
strength and arrogance…and the entity itself will resume the
process of self- reconstruction…
Only the resistance is capable of promoting the "Arab
renaissance project" and delivering the "death blow" to the
Zionist project…without the course of the resistance … no talk
about the future...
