IOF kill Palestinian near East al-Quds
Baheth Center; July 30, 2012
At least one Palestinian has been shot dead and two others wounded by Israeli occupation forces near East al-Quds (Jerusalem), medical sources say.
The Palestinian man was identified as a 40-year-old Akram Dair, who was from a village in the occupied West Bank near Ramallah, Press TV reported.
Dair was driving a car also carrying two other Palestinians when Israeli forces opened fire at them early Monday.
Medical sources said the injured Palestinians were taken to a hospital in Ramallah.
An army spokesman confirmed that an "incident" had occurred without giving further details, AFP reported.
The occupation entity occupied the West Bank as well as East al-Quds, considered by Palestinians as the capital of their homeland, during the 1967 Six-Day War.
